Where else can we start this stroll, if not at the town’s wedding hall? The 15th- century baroque building is exquisitely beautiful and its romantic atmosphere is undeniable. The ceiling’s painting of the wedding hall depict the heavenly and earthly love.

This is one of the most romantic streets in Fehérvár. It was the filming scene of the Alba Regia film in 1961. From the film the story of the former surgeon and the Russian signalwoman can be known: around the end of the war sometimes the Russian sometimes the German occupied the town.

We can notice the grievous example of the forever bond in the crypt. Our king Béla III and his wife Anna of Antioch’s bodyprints have been preserved for the eternity by the royal coffins’ lower parts.

The chapel, near the cathedral, was named after Virgin Mary’s mother, Saint Ann. Ann and her husband, Joachim wished for a child so much and their prayers had brought the result- the girl was conceived, who was called Mary.

This cosy yard is also suitable for a relaxing cuddling where the town legendary clockwork can be heard every two hours.

A lot of people were sighing for the beautiful smile and voice of Lujza Blaha in the 1920s. In the Árpád Bath, the lucky ones could meet her since it was her favourite bath.

The padlock wall of Székesfehérvár can be found in a secluded place in the downtown. The first padlocks found their home on a wrought iron fence piece in the corner of Táncsics Mihály street and more and more were set on it during the years.

At the National Memorial Place the true story of the Hungarian kings will reveal in front of us. Romantic and sometimes fabulous legends are about the kings’ coronations, weddings, funerals. Through the centuries important questions had been done in the town, where the jurisdiction, judgement took place, our kings made decision about the future of the country.

A tiny fresh park at the foot of the centuries old walls. These are the remains of the former fortress wall and the monastery fort, behind these we can find the garden of the Episcopal Place. During the stroll the couples can take a cool rest.

This floral sight is less central in the downtown, though it is a very romantic place, here the fairy tale of Sleeping Beauty can be real.

One of the popular places of wedding ceremonies is the Cistercian Church or it has another name: Church of John of Nepomuk. Its atmosphere, milieu makes it popular among the marriageable and moreover it is worth visiting the place without any reason.

The antique walls of Bartók Béla Square preserve the memories of the famous Hungarian scientists and artists. It is surrounded by the buildings of the former Cistercian Monastery, the secondary grammar school, the Fejér County Library and the Csók István Gallery.

Matthias king was bonded to Fehérvár with many strings, his wedding ceremony was held here as well. Beatrice of Aragon had had an adventurous travelling for 3 months from Naples to Fehérvár.

The flowerclock of Székesfehérvár is a living art of work which has been taken care and loved by the locals for 50 years.

Classicist palace from the beginning of the 1820s, that was owned by the Zichy family once, later it became a famous hotel in Fehérvár.

It is a green oasis at the edge of the downtown, a spot for romantic strolls, dates – summertime it is a picnic place, winter time you can ice skate here. In the triangle shaped park, among the trees there are monuments, statues and ornamental vases.

The legendary springwater flows from the Csitáry Fountain, everyone must taste it who visits here. It contains iron, magnesium and calcium so it can cure several problems but it can help us keep our health as well.

It is a must-see sight, not only once but more times. It is absolutely one of the most favourite attraction in Hungary among the visitors, and those who wish for romance and getting married.
