County Hall

Present day the Fejér County Assembly meets here, earlier it was the county prison. It was built between 1870-1812, in Classical art, designed by Mihály Pollack, János Tégl, József Tallher.

The huge structure is divided by six, wonderful Corinthian pilasters. We have been able to see since 1991 on the tympanum St Stephen as dedicating the Holy Crown and the country to Virgin Mary, the patron saint of Hungary on the coat of arms.
