Szent István Square

We can take a rest again in a small grove in Szent István Square, where if we sit on a bench we can admire the building of the County Hall on one side, on the other side the building of the Fejér County Archives.

The two-hundred year old plane tree could see the Monarchy time, the 1848-49 War of Independence, the World Wars, the bombings. Moreover, in 1938 it had had such a great prestige that it could not been cut off not even when our town erected a statue in honour of Saint Stephen King.
