Many people are familiar with the historical significance of Székesfehérvár, but the romantic side of the city is just as defining. Cobblestone, winding little streets in the historical centre, hidden inner courtyards, cafés and confectionery shops, and of course, the citadel of romance: the Bory Castle!
In our program, we have connected these two locations, and in an extraordinary way! Our guiding thread is the Bory story. We introduce the sights of the centre through the history of the famous castle's builder, driven by love and the desire to create.

1. The Bory Story – The man who built a castle for love
Where can his works be seen in the city today? What stories are hidden behind the statues and monuments? And what kind of man was the "castle builder" in reality? During the walk, an extraordinary life path and a unique love story unfold before us. Moving along Jenő Bory's creations, we will discover not only artistic curiosities but also an inspiring, human story.

2. Sightseeing Road Train
The sightseeing road train of Fehérvár is a visitor favourite, and it is also equipped with roll-down rain covers. Up to 50 people at a time can enjoy the journey to Bory Castle and back.

3. Bory Castle
What woman wouldn't dream of her partner creating a lasting monument to their love? This Guinness Record-holding masterpiece took 40 summers to build and is the largest structure ever erected by a single man with his own two hands. The castle is an eternal example of conjugal love and a peculiar manifestation of Hungarian Symbolist architecture. It is no coincidence that it is a favourite spot for couples and the most popular attraction in our city.
