Some corners away, the Mine Lake has a magnificent sight. It is said it was born accidentally in 1917, during one night the water spilled over the quarry, situated among the high cliffwalls. The lake has been one of the most popular spot both for the fishermen and hikers.

It is prohibited to swim in the lake, it is 6-8 meter deep and cold. According to the legend, those mine tools which were washed out during its formation are still at the bottom of the lake. The vigilan visitors can meet black swans on this fabulous place.
