It is a one-storey, Louis Seize style building. The eponymous and the owner of the building was Budenz József, founder of the Finno-Ugric comparative linguistics.

Ervin Ybl art historian collection can be visited here with amazing furniture, porcelains, statuettes and paintings. A special clock illustrates the passage of time and life. We find here Ervin Ybl’s studyroom, Miklós Ybl’s design cabinet and Mihály Munkácsy’s armchair.
